[Bug 63292] Serial ports don't work together in oldworld

My native language is not english, but I will try to help.
To reproduce simply make a serial connection (maybe ppp) with one of the ports and next made another connection with the other serial port you will percept a slow down when have activity in both ports (is practically impossible to became with the connection established for more than 5 minutes).
This problem occur in all 2.6 kernels that I try (2.6.8, 2.6.10, 2.6.15,2.6.16 and 2.6.17).
In kernels 2.6.15 and up this problem is still more bad because the serial ports operate so much slowly (reported in bug #63289).
