[Bug 73399] The audio is cut when the HD "itches"

Public bug reported:

When I install packages (with Synaptic or Adept), the audio is cut.
When I move files, too, because the hard disc "itches".

¿Can you asign more priority on the sound than on the "HD"?

Note: This does not happen on Windows, I can move files and play music
simultaneously.
