[Bug 43873] screen suspend failed with flight 7

Public bug reported:

hardware Dell Inspiron 630M with external screen Samsung 204B

Since I updated to the latest release of Dapper (flight 7) the screen
suspend mode doesnt work anymore. I use an external screen (the build in
notebook screen is turned off).
