[Bug 47561] ACPI-battery monitoring stops working after some time

This is most probably the same bug as #30785

But since it is not assigned to an existing package, and I think it is
important, I want to report it again.

Some time (minutes?) after booting the kernel, some acpi-parts stop
working. The battery-status and ac-adapter-status don't change anymore.

/proc/acpi/battery/C16D/state
and /proc/acpi/ac_adapter/C16B/state

stays the same. I have a HP NX6110 Notebook here using dapper.
