[Bug 43732] booting with older kernel does not help

After the last crash I booted with Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.12-10-686 instead of Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.15-23-686. All the same, after a few minutes I had a complete freeze of my system.
This time I startet gedit and while loading gedit, my system froze.
