[Bug 47288] hostap_pci disables interrupt during resume / stops working

Public bug reported:

this is a regression in the latest versoin of the dapper kernel.
it used to work before.
 
ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:01:02.0 disabled

using orinoco_pci this does not happen.
