I haven't been able to locate the patch, but I'm still looking for it,
but I've understood that it makes a special dev entry for iPods, just
like there is one already, only the existing one doesn't work for all
iPod versions..

Anyway, I'm not using any USB hub, I plug my iPod straight to the
motherboards connectors, so no help there..
