I have the same problem with marvell on asus AV8ESE mainboard. With -k8
AND -i386 kernel package :(

This problem does not exists in 2.6.15-22-* !!!

Just after boot, network is ok for 3 or 4 minutes, then nothing :( rmmod
sky2 && modprobe sky2 then network is okay for 2 or 3 minutes then goto
rmmod && modprobe !

Could i send more informations ? dmesg / kernel log ?
