The restricted modules package takes TYPICALLY 12 hours longer to appear and the one needed here is now present (5/19 12GMT). Updating to the 23 kernel requires manual intervention anyway so I would suggest patience and that this "bug" be closed. -- linux-restricted-modules-k7 is outdated https://launchpad.net/bugs/45527
