[Bug 40619] Missing firmware for prism54

Public bug reported:

I have got a prism54 compatible card which needs isl3886 firemware. You
already ship isl3890. Can the isl3886 firemware be included in Ubuntu
Dapper? It works fine!

Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'linux-
image-2.6'; however, that package was not published in Ubuntu.
