linux-restricted-modules-??? version 2.6.15.22 depends on linux-
restricted-modules-2.6.15-23-???

None of the linux-restricted-modules-2.6.15-23-??? packages exist.

The linux-restricted-modules-??? version also needs to be bumped to
2.6.15.23 when the restricted modules are built and uploaded.

This affects *-686 *-386 & *-K7.
