[Bug 45377] README.debian references nonexisting file

Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.15

from /usr/src/linux-source-2.6.15/README.debian:

please read /usr/share/doc/kernel-source-2.6.15/README.gz

that file was missing here.

Fix:

README.debian should mention that linux-doc needs to be installed if
somebody really wants to read /usr/share/doc/kernel-source....

Actually I would have expected that files belonging to package kernel-
doc should be in /usr/share/doc/kernel-doc. This is not the case here.
