Hello,

What do you mean when you say "channel"?  Do you mean that
you only hear mono sound?  Or that you can only receive one
channel in the device?

Please run the following commands:
$ lspci -vv | tee /tmp/lspci-vv.log
$ lspci -vvn | tee /tmp/lspci-vvn.log
$ dmesg | tee /tmp/dmesg.log

Then attach /tmp/lspci-vv.log, /tmp/lspci-vvn.log, and /tmp/dmesg.log
