[Bug 43875] Dapper: No wakeup from suspend with USB devices

Description:
hardware Dell Inspiron 630M with external screen and external wireless
USB Keyboard/Mouse

The suspend modecan be activated by menu, but the wake up doesnt work
with the wireless USB desktop; there seems to be no power supply for the
transmitter in the suspend mode. The wake up works with the internal
keyboard.

I think it is not a general hardware problem because, the wake up works
with the wireless USB devices under Windows XP.
