Public bug reported:

Affects: linux-source-2.6.15 (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.15

I have a Compaq Presario V2000 laptop. I installed Flight-7 on it and
then stuck a Cisco Wireless Cardbus card in it (because it has a BCM4318
on board). The wireless card didn't appear (even in lspci). Colin
suggested 'pci=assign-busses', I rebooted with that, and lo and behold,
I have network. Selected lspci output follows:

0000:02:09.0 CardBus bridge: Texas Instruments PCIxx21/x515 Cardbus
0000:03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications, Inc. AR5212
802.11abg NIC (rev 01)
