I've run it through 2-3 hibernate cycles; so far, so good.  My fan is certainly running at the moment....

This is on my nc6220.

     Thermal 1: active[3], 42.0 degrees C
     Thermal 2: ok, 44.0 degrees C
     Thermal 3: ok, 34.0 degrees C
