[Bug 42490] Inspiron 8600 no longer resumes from RAM after daily Dapper update

Description:
Dell Inspiron 8600 with Nvidia GForce FX Go 5200 (running "nv" driver)
would successfully resume from suspend-to-ram until updates earlier
today (1st May 2006) . Now it hangs on resume with a blank screen and no
longer responds to any keyboard input including Ctrl+Alt+Del,  requiring
power-down. Have been updating from Dapper repositories on a daily basis
so pretty sure changes on/after 30th April  have caused this.
