[Bug 43308] [Dapper Flight 6] Can't compile linux-kernel-source without installing zd1211-source

Description:
In trying to compile the kernel source or modules, I ran into errors related to zddevlist.h not being populated properly.  This issue is identical to the one reported here:

It may also be related to bug #33085 (for Dapper Flight 4) but the error
messages in this bug report do not match the output of a compile
attempt.

To resolve this issue and compile the modules properly, you can install
zd1211-source then delete zddevlist.h, and it seems to repopulate the
file with proper info.  If it is necessary to have this source to
compile the rest of the kernel, then linux-kernel-source should be made
dependent on zd1211-source.
