[Bug 30124] Suspend/Hibernate do not function on Dell Inspiron 9300

Description:
This bug is in Breezy also (it may not even be Debian/Ubuntu specific),
but hibernate/suspend functions on this system do not work "out of the
box" in Ubuntu, nor do they work with any tinkering I've attempted.  The
system will suspend to RAM or disk, but will fail to resume properly,
with no useful information provided in the apci log.
