[Bug 33514] Mousewheel does not work anymore after suspend (Dapper)

Description:
On the latest Dapper, if I suspend my laptop by closing the lid and 
then wake it up again, the scroll wheel of the attached usb mouse 
does not work anymore. Unplugging it and plugging it back
in makes it work again.
