[Bug 35174] ThinkPad X60 cannot resume from suspend to RAM

Description:
IBM ThinkPad X60s ( for more info
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/ThinkpadX60s wiki page ) will
not resume from suspend to ram. Button presses have no affect on system.
Power button appears to rev up the fan for a few seconds, but system
remains off and sleep LED on hardware remains lit.
