[Bug 31023] Enable Caps-Lock remap for ADB 'books in kernel

Description:
It would be helpful if Ubuntu decided to make caps lock remapping work
on macs with ADB keyboards (iBooks and PowerBooks). This requires a
kernel patch to mangle the events sent into events expected from
standard Caps Lock keys.
