[Bug 42663] Arch missing in version.h

Description:
Powerpc is not defined in version.h.  This causes the build of some
modules to fail (like the HCF USB Modem drivers).   A simple make arch
=powerpc-linux in the header directory resolved it for me (even though
it didn't complete).
