This bug is related with, as we decided, bug 42414. Since the modules
are in use by ALSA, I added a command in /etc/acpi/sleep.sh to call
/etc/init.d/alsa-utils stop. However, I couldn't get it to resume, even
though I put a script in /etc/acpi/resume.d, 70-alsa.sh which turns back
on ALSA. Should the script have a high priority (ie be 01-alsa.sh?). I'd
quite like this feature to not have to be manual; it should work by
default. What happened to trying to get a large hardware base working?
