[Bug 26142] kubuntu has darla24 sound card drivers missing

Description:
I does not seem to include the darla24 or any of the echo sound card drivers.
These are part of the alsa main source since 1.0.9 so one would expect them to
be there.

Tried to compile them back in, but it failed on loading the module into the
kernel so i would be helpful to have this as a package which can be added.
