[Bug 37365] Bluetooth dongle doesn`t suspend on Inspiron 8600

Hi!
I`m going to explain better the problem :) related tu bug #37343
Mi inspiron 8600 suspends to ram perfect, but, bluetooth dongle doesn`t. 
I now it by two reason:
1.- My phone detects my laptop bluetooth even with the laptop suspended.
2.- The laptop have a LED that shows if the wireless stuff is swithced on/off. It doesn`t switch off when I suspend the laptop.

The bios configuration is fine. I only am able to switch off bluetooth
dongle with the function keys altought the bios configuration says that
I can do that with an application.

The laptop should suspend all the devives and switch off the LED when it
is suspended.

I happens since I first instaled debian with kernel +- 2.6.6
