Description:
I've noticed that when I boot my Dapper or I `modprobe -r ipw2200` and
then `modprobe ipw2200` a minute or so later. I get:

[4295010.073000] eth1: NETDEV_TX_BUSY returned; driver should report queue full 
via ieee_device->is_queue_full.
[4295741.131000] NET: Registered protocol family 17

Perhaps a patch's needed:
