It is for the writer/creator of the driver to decide the license and update the sources from which the driver is built to reflect the use of a proper license.

Thank you for reporting this, but the Ubuntu project cannot change the license of components in the distro. Please follow up with this with the developers of the driver in question. I am closing this bug for now.
