[Bug 37112] iBook G4, on resume from sleep, enables touch-to-click despite my preferences

Description:
On my iBook G4, pbbuttons is configured to not to have tap-to-click.  I
think this is the default for Ubuntu Dapper, and I thank you for it;
tap-to-click sucks, in my experience.

When I take the computer to sleep and then wake it up, tap-to-click is
enabled on the touchpad.  That's sad and is distracting while I'm
typing.
