Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/28749
Affects: linux-source-2.6.15 (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Needs Info
Description:
On my iBook G4 1.2 ghz, I installed Dapper Drake flight3. On first boot,
the X server won't start. When I type startx, it gives the message: "The
X server is now disabled. Restart GDM when it is configured correctly."
If I install Breezy Badger and then dist-upgrade to dapper, the system
boots normally, but airport won't work properly, although it is
recognized. When I installed the correct firmware ("fwcutter
AppleAirport2"), X froze and would no longer start.
