Upgrade to ipw2200 driver version 1.1.1 (judging by the changelog,
anything >= 1.0.11 contains the workaround and will do; based on past
experience <= 1.0.3 also works).

The dapper 2.6.15.5-ubuntu1 kernel includes ipw2200 driver version
1.0.10 which is STILL BROKEN.  Ubuntu team: please do not embarrass
yourself and ship with this driver.

I just compiled ipw2200 1.1.1 (and installed the requisite 3.0 firmware)
on the 2.6.15.5-ubuntu1 dapper kernel; the firmware reset on heavy
traffic problem is gone.
