One more line to tell it's the same on Toshiba Satellite 5105-S501. I guess cPad is a special touchpad that has an LCD in it. However my laptop has a traditionnal touchpad-> kernel shouldn' t have tried to load the cPad driver (?).
Also this bug prevent the first boot to achieve well => freeze as the X server first starts.
