[Bug 34978] mISDN modules not compiled

Description:
The makefile in drivers/isdn/Makefile contains a bug, which results in
misdn not compiled, even when it is selected in the kernel config /
.config file: the config option for misdn as defined in
drivers/isdn/misdn/Kconfig is CONFIG_MISDN_DRV, and not CONFIG_MISDN.
