Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/34915
Affects: linux-source-2.6.12 (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
Description:
I tried searching this bug from launchpad, but couldn't find it.
After successful install of Dapper Flight 5 from cdrom (partitions were empty), I had 8 floppy
drives and 8 cdrom drives on my /etc/fstab, and for each there was also mount point on /media/
folder. I only have one floppy drive, a dvd burner and a dvd reader.
I recall seeing same behaviour when I was using Flight 3 and upgraded to newer kenel, but
I don't remember the kernel's revision. Suddenly fstab was filled with redundant entries pointing
to my only floppy drive.
