[Bug 34651] ACPI does not work on Asus motherboard with nForce chipset

Description:
If i start ubuntu without any boot option, my keyboard, mouse and other
things are not recognized, it is definitely bug in kernel ACPI, it works
on 2.6.13 and older, but from 2.6.14 to 2.6.16rc6 it is not working. If
i add option in boot menu "acpi=off noapic" it is working.
