[Bug 34219] Davicom DEC-Tulip compatible card doesn't work with dapper kernel 2.6.15-14

Description:
I upgraded to Dapper. Under the new kernel in dapper, my network card no
longer works. It is mentioned in dmesg and ifconfig, but nothing
actually works (pinging my gateway fails, for example). It works under
dapper running the old kernel.

I'm not really sure how to help debug this. I'll attach the output of
ifconfig and dmesg under the new kernel. I'd appreciate any suggestions
as to how to help figure out what's going on. Thanks!
