[Bug 34002] USB soundcard unusable through usb-hub

Description:
When I try using my USB-soundcard through my USB-hub, the kernel spews
this error into the logs _a_lot_:
cannot submit datapipe for urb 0, err = -38
The soundcard worked fine in 2.6.12-10, the latest kernel in breezy. If
I plug it directly into the computer it works as it should.
