[Bug 33695] low speed usb devices are not mounted anymore

Description:
When upgrading to dapper I noticed that my low-speed USB 1 devices are
not mounted anymore. USB 2 devs /do/ work.

I get the following in my logs:

This was working just fine in Breezy
