[Bug 33359] Floppy module not loaded on boot; no /dev/fd0 created

Description:
(March 2, 2006) After doing a dist-upgrade on Dapper flight 4, the
floppy module is no langer loaded at boot, and no /dev/fd0 is created.
In addition (perhaps a seperate bug), the fstab suddenly contains 9
entries for fd0, each mounting at /media/floppy[0-8] respectively.  I
have since deleted those entries, otherwise I would post them.
