Description:
I'm unable to set monitor mode on the intel wireless 2200BG nic of my
Thinkpad T43.

loic at hydrus:~$ sudo iwconfig eth1 mode monitor 
Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
    SET failed on device eth1 ; Operation not supported.
