Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.15-23-386

Mainboard: ASRock K7S8X

lspci returns:
0000:00:03.0 USB Controller: Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] USB 1.0 Controller (rev 0f)
0000:00:03.1 USB Controller: Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] USB 1.0 Controller (rev 0f)
0000:00:03.2 USB Controller: Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] USB 2.0 Controller

I can't boot the machine with either 2.6.15-23 or 2.6.15-25.
2.6.12-10 works fine. (all -386). Didn't tried -686. I think it's generic.

If I plug out all USB-devices the kernel boots fine. If I hotplug a
mouse for example, it crashes again.

dmesg output is here:

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.15 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
