Not sure where you got Embedded Controller Version.  There's a couple of
BIOS version numbers in kern.log

PCI: PCI BIOS revision 2.10 entry at 0xfd8f7, last bus=7

and

apm: BIOS version 1.2 Flags 0x03 (Driver version 1.16ac)
