[Bug 50250] compaq n1000c doesnt return from suspend when the lid is opened

Public bug reported:

after suspending a compaq n1000c it turns off, and all the leds go off
(i suspect this is expected), but when the lid is closed and opened the
laptop doesnt automatically start resuming like the other compaq laptops
i have seen.
