[Bug 50028] Does not work properly with SBLive and SPDIF

I have the problem that the driver does not work properly with my
Soundblaster Live Player 1024. I have a creative soundsystem connected
with the SPDIF/digital out. Normal sound works, but i cant control it
via the master-volume, only the wave volume switch works. Additionally,
I can't hear any sound from the line in (e.g. tv-card).
