Public bug reported:

-23 supended to ram correctly, -25 fails. When pressing F4 to suspend
to ram the sleep LED flashes, the screen shuts off and the hard drive
spins down. However, the fan stays on and and the battery LED stays
on. The machine will not resume and has to be powered off.

-25 consistently behaves in this manner.
