[Bug 49245] Xubuntu has no sound card kernel modules loaded

Public bug reported:

Hi. Running Xubuntu Dapper. No modules for sound installed.

Have a SoundBlaster AWE  (With Sound Blaster 16 compatibility) in my
machine.

Sound didn't work until I loaded the following module:

modprobe snd_sbawe

Once I did this, I could cat /proc/asound to get the following:

0 [S16            ]: SB AWE - Sound Blaster 16
                     Sound Blaster 16 at 0x220, irq 5, dma 1&5

Sound then worked.

Not sure if the modules are not loaded in Xubuntu on purpose
(didn't see anything in the docs) but I help this helps!
