[Bug 49167] Problems with force_build_link = yes

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kernel-package

after changing the defaults in /usr/share/kernel-package/image.postinst to read:
force_build_link = yes, I created a kernel image deb.
When installing it outputs the message that the build link points to a location which doesn't exist, and will be removed. (the force_build_link should prevent that from happening).
The link DOESN'T get removed, but the contradictory message still gets printed.
