[Bug 48516] Please split out patches

Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.15

When downloading linux-source-2.6.15_2.6.15-23.39.diff.gz, it's
impossible to pick out single patches, because they are not separated.
Please, use a mechanism like the one in the Debian Kernels. They have a
debian/patches directory, which contains single patches.
