[Bug 48258] acpi crash the system in Dapper

I have a Toshiba Mobile Laptop M70 and the acpi system seems to crash the PC.
If I use acpi=off (with noapic and nolapic) in the kernel options then I have no crash.
I think that the impossibility to use acpi management with a laptop is a really serious issue of Dapper... No acpi problem with breezy's kernel, of course.
