[Bug 43745] What's the story Kenneth?

So Dapper has finally been released (well done guys), but this bug which
essentially ruins perfectly normal hardware is still not fixed (not even
"assigned" to anyone). This is not good.

I used to be a Kubuntu Dapper user and now I've been forced to switch to
OpenSUSE. Because of this bug.

Does this mean that Dapper has been released to the general public with
this bug included?
